I typically hate ligatures like this, but in this situation it works quite well. Clients can be a pain, but you managed to pull off the incorporation of the globe very nicely.
I'm not too sure I like the font used in this, but it works well enough so it's not too big of a problem for me. The one thing that is REALLY bugging me is how close the "r" and the "t" are in "earth," and you didn't even create a ligature. It's practically asking for a ligature!
Also kind of questioning the hard edges of the faux earth landmasses you drew. Everything about the logo is rounded and smooth, but the landmasses are so jagged. Perhaps rounded landmasses would've worked better and helped the logo feel more "complete."
I also think the "wellness products" underneath the primary mark is so small and thin that it's liable to get lost. You could've stacked the "wellness products" underneath the primary mark to echo the way "earth bound" is stacked, but of course give it less weight and presence so the hierarchy is maintained.
