sooo i got me a nice black wacom bamboo a6 wide for my personal pleasure

i was having some work done and i wished i had me a tablet as it would have helped me work faster - and i mead vector logo work - i mean it even works through paper so it's better than scanning my pencil sketches and then turning them into vector, this way i just trace them twak them and there you go, not to mention that i can do detaild work freehand

might start some illustrations soon ;)

anyway, if you have any tips let me know, i know it's not the best of the bunch but for the moment to mee it;s golden :)

i recommend you get one ;)
  • Mood: Optimism
  • Listening to: all sorts of crazy music
  • Reading: softaware menus :)
  • Watching: time go by
  • Playing: do i look like i'm playing? :D
  • Eating: food....?
  • Drinking: Milk..and a lot of coffee...with milk :D

I'm gonna get an intuos 4 to replace my intuos 3 In a month....

About vector work with tablet, I really don't use it, I find it more exact with the mouse, but with my illustrations :D I love it, and also photomanipulation and photo treatments are a lot more natural with a tablet.

well as far as i tested it, it work real well with vectors, the poit is not to create something simple but say you want to make a logotype with a handwriting style, much easier to just make it with a tablet rather than from scratch...if it's gonna pay for itself that's all i need :D

I just do the sketches in photoshop and then use the pen tool and mouse, it gives me more control... To each it's own I guess :) If it works for you, then go for ir.
